Drop the car and walk home
If you live close enough to walk home after dropping the car off, say so when you book and we will work to that. It is the one real advantage of using the workshop in your own suburb rather than driving somewhere across town and sitting there. Tell us whether you want a call the moment the car is finished or at the end of the day, and we will do it that way.
Bring the logbook and know the kilometres
Those two decide which interval is due and what it costs, so have them ready when you ring. If your car came without a printed book, say so and we will tell you how the service gets recorded. If you have been going to a dealer and want to keep the warranty intact, say that too and we will service it to the same schedule and record it the same way.
